After attending a Future Study and Post Graduate Talk, at University, I now have a clear idea as to the potential routes I can take after finishing University. I have never had the confidence to work as a freelance photographer as I have always assumed that would have to consist of a commercial work. However, since finishing University, I have developed an understanding that personal practice can be just as popular amongst consumers and earn you just as much money.
However, when I finished University, I would still like the develop my photographic skills further by undergoing a Post Graduate Degree. Either an MA in Photography or Lifelong Learning PGCE in Fine Art and Design. I feel that it is important in today’s day and age to gain further and higher qualifications as most employers are now expecting that from applicants.
If I was to undergo either of these Post Graduate Studies, I would continue to do so at the University of Huddersfield.
